Mornings: 9:00-9:30AM

Afternoons: 3:00-3:30PM

  • Held in the Hindu-Buddhist Meditation Room, Located just outside the Bryan Center on West Campus in the Greenhouse
  • All are welcome, no meditation practice or religious affiliation is required - Meditation is great for anyone!
